ArcBooks may collect account information such as your name, email address, business name and authentication records. Information you enter into your workspace may include parties, items, inventory, vouchers, ledgers, documents and other business records.

We use information to provide the ArcBooks service, authenticate accounts, send verification and password-reset messages, maintain security, respond to support requests and operate and improve the product.
3. Business records
Your business information is used to provide the features you request. You are responsible for entering information you are authorised to store and for maintaining appropriate business records and backups.

ArcBooks may use hosting, database, email and other infrastructure providers. Information may be processed by these providers only as necessary to operate the service and its supporting systems.
5. Security
ArcBooks uses measures such as password hashing, signed sessions, protected server-side secrets, security headers and request controls. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention and deletion
Information may be retained while needed to provide the service or meet legitimate operational requirements. For account or data deletion requests, contact support. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
